About Wellfiks Foundation
People. Purpose. Lasting Change.
A future beyond trauma.
Wellfiks Foundation is a survivor-founded humanitarian organization dedicated to advancing the protection, recovery, education, and empowerment of individuals affected by sexual violence, abuse, trauma, abandonment, and vulnerability.
Founded on the belief that no individual should be defined by the most painful chapter of their life, Wellfiks seeks to create pathways toward safety, healing, independence, and long-term opportunity.
Our work is rooted in survivor-centered advocacy, trauma-informed principles, education, community engagement, and the development of sustainable recovery initiatives.
With a foundation in Massachusetts and a long-term commitment to Haiti, our vision extends toward meaningful international partnerships and the creation of integrated support systems for underserved communities.
We believe that healing must go beyond surviving. It must create opportunities to rebuild lives, restore dignity, and pursue a future with confidence.
Our Mission
To protect, support, and empower survivors of sexual violence, abuse, trauma, and abandonment through advocacy, education, access to supportive resources, community partnerships, and the development of comprehensive recovery initiatives.
Our Vision
A world where every survivor has access to safety, compassionate support, education, opportunity, and the resources necessary to heal, rebuild, and thrive.
We envision a future where survivors are not defined by what they have experienced, but supported in everything they can become.
Who We Serve
Wellfiks Foundation is committed to advancing support for:
Women and girls affected by sexual violence, exploitation, and abuse.
Survivors of domestic violence and traumatic experiences.
Children and adolescents experiencing abuse, neglect, abandonment, or other serious vulnerabilities.
Immigrant survivors facing barriers to resources, education, protection, and healthcare.
Individuals and families navigating difficult circumstances following violence, displacement, or trauma.
Our approach recognizes that every person’s journey is different and that meaningful recovery requires dignity, safety, choice, and appropriate support.
Our Core Values
Dignity: Every individual deserves to be treated with respect.
Protection: Safety, confidentiality, and survivor rights must guide our decisions.
Compassion: We believe in responding to suffering with humanity, empathy, and understanding.
Empowerment: We support the right of survivors to rebuild their lives and shape their own futures.
Education: Knowledge and opportunity are essential to long-term independence.
Accountability: Responsible governance and transparent leadership are fundamental to our mission.
Collaboration: Sustainable change requires cooperation between communities, professionals, institutions, and advocates.
Our Commitment
Wellfiks Foundation is working to build a sustainable, multidisciplinary model that connects survivor advocacy with health, education, protection, economic empowerment, and social reintegration.
Our long-term ambition is to move beyond temporary assistance toward coordinated systems of support that create lasting opportunities for individuals and communities.
